Old woman, who used to walk to Imam Hussein (peace be upon him) for years, passes away

The oldest living woman who used to walk on foot from the city of Baladrooz in Diyala to holy Karbala to participate in the Arbaeen Pilgrimage, has passed away.

The deceased, Umm Mizhar, who died at the age of over 100, has been on a walk for more than 15 years from her city to Karbala to participate in the holy Arbaeen pilgrimage.

The blessed senior woman was certain that her walk towards the shrine of Imam Hussein, peace be upon him, came to console the bereaved Lady Zainab, peace be upon her, for slaughtering her martyr brother, his son, and her captive family, peace be upon them.
