Large crowds of followers of the Ahlulbayt, peace be upon them, from various Iraqi provinces are commemorating the martyrdom anniversary of Imam al-Jawad, peace be upon him, at his holy shrine in the capital, Baghdad.
The holy city of Kadhimiya witnessed the influx of large crowds of pilgrims from various provinces, as well as foreign pilgrims, to commemorate the painful memory at the holy shrine, amid a security, service and health alert.
Service tents have been set up on the various roads leading to the Holy City to provide food, drink and rest services for the mourning crowds, while the security forces were deployed in the alleys and streets and set up checkpoints to ensure adequate protection for the crowds of pilgrims.
Holy Shrines, religious centers and Husseiniyahs all over the world aee commemorating the painful memory by organizing various religious, cultural and mourning events.
