Sayyed al-Shuhada Committee sacrifices 1500 animals for Eid al-Adha in Iran
The International Sayyed al-Shuhada Committee, affiliated with the Shirazi Religious Authority in Kuwait, sacrificed 1500 animals for the blessed Eid al-Adha in the State of Iran, within its Sacrifice Project which includes twelve countries.
A statement by the Committee, received by Shia Waves News Agency, stated that during the days of Eid al-Adha, it sacrificed many animals and distributed their meat to underprivileged families and orphans in Iran.
The statement added that the International Sayyed al-Shuhada Committee sacrificed more than 1,500 sacrifices in twelve countries on the blessed Eid al-Adha.
It is noteworthy that in the past year, the Committee sacrificed more than 1,600 animals in many countries in Asia and Africa, including Kuwait, Iraq, Iran, Egypt, Turkey, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Bangladesh, the Philippines, Tanzania, Kenya, Uganda, Burundi, Rwanda, Niger and other countries.
