The Ministry of Health has accused the Saudi-led coalition forces of targeting 300 hospitals and health facilities in Yemen since its war on the country began nearly 6 years ago.
“The results of the evaluation of public hospitals and private medical facilities confirmed that the coalition has targeted more than 300 hospitals and health facilities since its operations began,” said Health Minister Taha al-Mutawakkil, according to the Al Masirah Channel.
Al-Mutawakkil accused the coalition of targeting the health sector by emptying the country of qualified medical personnel and recruiting them abroad.
He added, “Hundreds of ambulances were not safe from targeting the coalition in compound crimes during which the paramedic and the victim were killed.”
