Indonesia: 300 people embrace Islam together
On Friday, 300 people converted to Islam together in the Indonesian island of Sulawesi.

Local media reported that the 300 were from the “Tao Wana” tribe, whose members live in the “Tokala” mountains in central Sulawesi state.
The members of the tribe announced their conversion to Islam collectively during a ceremony organized at the “Al-Furqan” mosque in the “Morwali North” area.
The ceremony witnessed recitation of verses from the Holy Quran and the presentation of information about Islam to those who entered it recently.
