Husseiniyah of Al Yassin, affiliated with the Shirazi Religious Authority, in the Australian city of Sydney, held a mourning ceremony including the recitation of Ziyarat Ashura, Quran recitation session, and preaching and guidance councils in English, with the participation of Sheikh Montadhar Mal Allah, and the reciter Mukhlid Karbalai, and a large crowd of Ahlulbayt followers. 

In the Iranian city of Isfahan, Husseiniyah of Shabab Karbala also held mourning ceremonies commemorating the martyrdom anniversary of al-Mihsin, peace be upon him.
