Nearly 30 people were killed or wounded in back to back explosions in Kabul city earlier today, the officials confirmed.

The type of explosions has not been ascertained so far but eyewitnesses had earlier said at least three mortar rounds have landed in the vicinity of Karte Sakhi area.
In the meantime, the Public Health Ministry officials confirmed that six people were killed and 23 others were wounded in today’s explosions.
According to reports, a number of women and children are among those killed or wounded in the explosions.
No individual or group has so far claimed responsibility for the attack.
