Amerli Museum to be constructed to depict the heroic stances of Amerli district

Sheikh Fahim al-Ibrahimi, head of the Religious Teachings Unit of the Imam Hussein Holy Shrine, said that a museum for Amerli district will be constructed by the Imam Hussein Holy shrine to depict the heroic stances of this predominantly Shia district in Salah-il-Din province, north of Iraq.

He added that the holy shrine adopted the project to immortalize the heroic stories of Amerli people during their fight against IS takfiri groups.
