Suicide attack in Kabul city leaves civilians wounded

An explosion was heard in Kabul city earlier today after a suicide bomber targeted a convoy of the Security forces.

 

An explosion was heard in Kabul city earlier today after a suicide bomber targeted a convoy of the Security forces.

The incident took place in the vicinity of the 5th police district of the city. The Ministry of Interior spokesman Najib Danish confirmed that a suicide bomber detonated his explosives close to the foreign forces convoy, leaving at least three wounded.

The eyewitnesses in the area had earlier said that the incident has taken place close to Afshar area in the 5th police district of the city.

According to the eyewitnesses, the incident took place after a suicide bomber detonated his explosives close to the security forces convoy.
