Iranian security forces arrested 52 mourners in different cities of the country
Iranian security forces arrested 52 mourners in different cities of the country over practicing the Hussaini ritual of Tatbeer, according to IRNA.
Public Persecution in Abad city, affiliated to Fars Province, south of Iran, said 52 mourners were arrested for practicing Tatbeer, claiming that Tatbeer is a crime and they would be jailed, lashed, fined or exiled.
It’s noteworthy that Iranian authorities stand against the sacred ritual of Tatbeer for more than 20 years and punish those who practice such ritual.
