Kufa Grand Mosque in Iraq plans to hold the 5th edition of the national competition on Quran memorization
The Quran Center affiliated to the Cultural Section of Kufa Grand Mosque in Iraq plans to hold the 5th edition of the national competition on Quran memorization and recitation.
Adel Al-Yaseri, the head of the center, said the Quranic event will be organized on the occasion of the birth anniversary of the Holy Prophet, peace be upon him and his progeny.
Muslim ibn Aqeel praying hall of Kufa Mosque will host the competition on December 26 and 27.
Al-Yaseri added that invitation letters have been sent to various religious institutes of the country and Iraqi Quran reciters.
