Second Ten Days of Muharram Mourning Ceremonies Held at Ale Yasin Mosque, Husseiniya in Sydney

Mourning ceremonies marking the second ten days of Muharram are being held at Ale Yasin Mosque and Husseiniya, one of the centers affiliated with Grand Ayatollah Shirazi in Sydney, Australia, with the participation of lovers and followers of Ahlulbayt, peace be upon them.

The programs begin each night with Maghrib and Isha congregational prayers, followed by the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran.

Hujjat al-Islam Mohsen Ameli then delivers lectures on Islamic teachings and the events of Ashura.

The mourning programs also include elegies and lamentations performed by Mohammad Koufi and Sayyid Reza Mousavi, two reciters devoted to Ahlulbayt, peace be upon them.
