Holy Shrines in Najaf and Karbala Draped in Black to Mourn Lady Fatimah (peace be upon her)

With the arrival of the days commemorating the martyrdom of Lady Fatimah al-Zahra (peace be upon her), the holy shrines of Imam Ali (peace be upon him) in Najaf al-Ashraf and Imam Hussein (peace be upon him) in Karbala have been draped in black.

Black banners and mourning flags were raised across the courtyards and minarets, filling the sacred sites with an atmosphere of sorrow and reverence.

Pilgrims and devotees have gathered to hold mourning rituals, recite Ziyarat texts, and honor the memory and suffering of the noble daughter of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him and his family).
