While traditionally providing food, drink, and accommodation, some moukebs are introducing creative ideas to enhance the pilgrims’ experience.

One moukeb, the Hussainiya of Hazrat Umm al-Banin (peace be upon her), is known for serving a special biryani prepared with unique spices and fresh ingredients. Another moukeb has repurposed a large Ferris wheel into an innovative device for cooking chicken, which ensures the meat is cooked evenly and creates a distinctive visual for visitors.

These initiatives are seen as a blend of art and service, aimed at strengthening the bond between pilgrims and their hosts and reinforcing the legacy of solidarity during the pilgrimage.
