Based on reports from Shia Waves Persian, the Mawkib ‘Amir al-Qurra’ has been opened by the Holy Abbasid Shrine’s Scientific Quranic Assembly for the third consecutive year. The Mawkib, or service station, is located on the route of the Arbaeen pilgrimage and provides services such as hospitality, rest facilities, and Qur’anic programs to pilgrims.

In a separate report, Iraq’s Ministry of Planning has launched a voluntary campaign to serve pilgrims on the roads leading to Karbala. The campaign, which is being conducted under the slogan “Your government is at your service,” primarily focuses on the wide-scale distribution of drinking water. This initiative is part of the ministry’s commitment to supporting the Arbaeen pilgrimage and promoting a culture of volunteerism.
