Michigan-based centre organizes Husseini gifts event, Kids mourning majlis

With the arrival of the month of Muharram, one of the religious centres in Michigan, U.S., has organized an event of Husseini gifts for children.

Devoted volunteers have contributed by crafting gifts and packages to appeal to Husseini children participating in the majalis. The center has organized cultural activities to involve children in the revival of the legacy of Imam Hussein, peace be upon him, including recitation of elegy and lamentation for the Master of the Martyrs.

The event also features a representation of symbols associated with the story of Karbala.
