Muslim children in São Paulo are participating in a Quran memorization course aimed at strengthening Islamic identity and educational values among younger generations in Brazil, according to Muslimsaroundtheworld.

The program, which began about a month ago, is organized by the International Islamic Center for Tolerance and Peace in Brazil and Latin America and has received strong interest from Muslim families. Classes are held several times a week, offering a structured educational and social environment for children and adolescents.

The course curriculum includes Quran memorization, rules of Tajweed, and explanations of forty selected Hadiths of the Holy Prophet (peace be upon him and his pure family), along with lessons in theology, jurisprudence, ethics, and general religious education. Educational activities are tailored to different age groups to encourage engagement and understanding.

A number of prominent scholars and preachers from the Muslim community in Brazil have contributed lectures under the supervision of Abdul Hamid Mutawalli, head of the center. The program is scheduled to continue until the end of January, concluding with a ceremony recognizing outstanding participants.
