Sayyeda Fatima al-Zahra Foundation lays foundation stone for new Husseiniyah and mosque in Holy Karbala

Hujjat-ul-Islam wa-al-Muslimeen Sheikh Ali al-Mujahid, director of the Shirazi-affiliated Sayyeda Fatima al-Zahra Charitable Foundation, has announced that the foundation stone was laid for constructing the Fatimaya Mosque and Husseiniyah in the holy city of Karbala.

The four-storey building includes a religious seminary for men and women, an electronic library, Sayyeda Fatima Channel and a masjid.

This complex is being built based on the recommendations and instructions of Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Sadiq al-Husseini al-Shirazi, who repeatedly empathizes the importance of serving the disadvantaged families and orphans.
