Gallup poll: Women’s satisfaction with life in Afghanistan lowest in world

American based Gallup institute published the results of its new survey on the situation of women in Afghanistan on Friday, November 10.

According to the survey conducted in July, only 11 percent of women in Afghanistan are satisfied with their freedom and social status, which is the lowest level of satisfaction among the countries Gallup has surveyed so far.

83 percent of women participating in this survey said that they were treated with humiliation. The survey also underscores the fact that women in Afghanistan generally live in suffering and hardship.
