The acting governor of Kirkuk, Rakan Saeed, said that at least 400 of the murdered were found in one of the headquarters of the US forces, which ISIS made a site for executing executions.

The governor of Kirkuk called on the federal government and the Commission for Human Rights to go to the site and conduct an examination, analysis and identification of the victims.
