The rising temperature has led international charity organizations to describe its consequences for all inhabitants of the earth, especially the homeless, as “worrying”.
While during the hot season, millions of inhabitants of the earth try to keep their environment cool against the extreme heat by using cooling equipment, the homeless are facing difficulties in accessing shelter, cold water and sunscreen.
Therefore, the effect of high temperature is much more serious for the disadvantaged group of people who live on the street.
As the heat season approaches, charities have sounded the alarm that extreme heat is a serious threat to the health of the homeless.
