Consuming apples, berries and tea prevents old-age memory loss, new discovery says

Researchers say that consumption of tea, apples and berries can prevent memory loss associated with aging.
The findings of this new study reveals that 71-year-old people with high flavanol consumption have better memory function.
Accordingly, consuming a supplement of 500mg of flavanols daily could reverse the negative effect on memory function of low flavanol intake in older people.
