Lebanon-based office of Grand Ayatollah Shirazi distributes financial aids, food packs

The Office of Grand Ayatollah Shirazi in the Lebanese capital, Beirut, has launched its Ramadan food packs distribution campaign to disadvantaged families and students of religious sciences.

The office’s administration said in a statement to Shia Waves Agency that, “As in previous years, the office of Grand Ayatollah Shirazi has launched its relief campaign to distribute financial aids and food packs to the believing families and students of religious sciences during the blessed month of Ramadan.”

The administration added further that, “These philanthropic activities are based on directives and recommendations of his Eminence, Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Sadiq al-Husseini al-Shirazi, on helping the needy and impoverished families.”
