Imam Hussein Media Group extends thanks to Al-Shaa’er TV channel over consent not to broadcast TV series

Imam Hussein Media Group has extended its thanks and appreciation to the Al-Shaa’er TV channel, for their agreement not to broadcast ‘Abu Lulu’a’s Courage’ TV series, which was slated for this blessed month of Ramadan.

The channel’s decision came in compliance with the rules put by the Iraqi Media and Communications Authority, and based on request from the Media Authority.

Imam Hussein Media Group also thanked the Iraqi Media and Communication Authority for its efforts to follow up on the controversy caused by the ‘Muawiya’ biographical TV series which was announced to be broadcast in the month of Ramadan on MBC Iraq TV Channel.

It is worth mentioning that both Imam Hussein Media Group and Al-Shaa’er TV channel are affiliated to the Supreme Religious Authority, Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Sadiq al-Husseini al-Shirazi.
