Nonviolence Organization condemns forced displacement of Muslims in Jammu and Kashmir
The International Nonviolence Organization (Free Muslim) has reviewed data from the Indian region of Jammu and Kashmir stating that the authorities have committed serious violations against Muslims that amount to crimes against humanity, expressing its strong condemnation and denunciation of these violations.
According to the data received, the Indian authorities carried out house demolitions in the Muslim-majority regions of Srinagar, Budgam, Anantnag, and Baramulla in Jammu and Kashmir, after forcing residents to leave their homes.
According to observers, these violations come as part of a racist policy pursued by the ruling authority in the region, specifically targeting the Muslim population.
Therefore, the organization calls on all human rights organizations to condemn these violations and urge the Indian authorities to stop them, warning of the dangers of their continuation to civil peace in India and all countries of the region.
