The Iraqi Ministry of Transport announced the start of preparations for the Rajab Pilgrimage in the holy city of Kadhimiya, by providing 200 buses of different capacities to transport pilgrims.
Dr. Abdul-Azim Karim Ghafel, General Manager of the General Company for Transport, said in a statement received by Shia Waves Agency, “The company has prepared other additional buses as a backup effort,” noting that “the company’s goal is to provide a distinguished transportation service for all pilgrims.”
It is worth mentioning that the 25th of the month of Rajab, Shia followers of AhlulBayet (peace be upon them, across the world commemorate the martyrdom anniversary of Imam Musa al-Kadhim (peace be upon him).
