Athens-based Mahdiya Islamic Center holds educational courses

The Mahdiya Islamic Center, affiliated to the Shirazi Religious Authority in the Greek capital, Athens, has begun holding educational courses for the younger generation.

The courses are concerned with teaching legal rulings, Islamic morals, and beliefs, in addition to teaching the Persian language.

The Mahdiya Islamic Center is one of the active and effective Shia centers in Greece, where followers of AhlulBayt, peace be upon them, hold various religious ceremonies.
