New mirror work decorates the interior of the sanctuary of Al-Abbas Holy Shrine

The Maintenance Department at the Al-Abbas Holy Shrine decorated the interior of the holy sanctuary with mirror work.

The head of the Mirrors Unit in the Department, Mr. Hassan Saeed said, “After removing the damaged mirrors and repairing the walls, we worked on installing new mirror inscriptions on an area estimated at one thousand square meters, including the inner dome.”

“During the work, we tried our best to preserve the old prints of the holy sanctuary, due to its historical importance,” he added.
