The Women’s Department of the Ahlulbayt Center for Islamic Thought, affiliated with the Shirazi Religious Authority in Baghdad, held an intellectual seminar entitled “The Oppression of Fatima al-Zahraa in History”, on the occasion of the first Fatimid days on the narration of forty days.

The speaker at the event, which was attended by a number of sophisticated and faithful women, was Professor Elaf Al-Mousawi.

Al-Mousawi mentioned several aspects of the oppression that took place on our Lady Fatima a-Zahraf, peace be upon her, after the martyrdom of her father Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, specifically from the Saqifa conspiracy to her martyrdom.

Attendees took part in the seminar and asked questions regarding the daughter of the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon her.
