Saudi Arabia announces the launch of reservations for the great month of Ramadan

The Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah announced the start of booking permits to perform Hajj and Umrah during the great month of Ramadan.
According to what was stated in a statement by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, “permits to perform Hajj and Umrah will be reserved through the “Eatmarna” and “Tawakulna” apps during the great month of Ramadan.
The same source explained that this matter comes in order to facilitate the opportunity for advance planning for those wishing to perform the rituals of Umrah during the holy month, and the ministry also called on all visitors to the Grand Mosque to the necessity of continuing to wear masks while performing the rituals.
Saudi Arabia decided, on Saturday, to lift the precautionary and preventive measures related to the pandemic, according to the official Saudi News Agency, quoting an official source in the Ministry of Interior.
Under the new decision, it is no longer obligatory to wear the mask in open areas, only closed.
