The committee for religious inquiries under the auspices of the Karbala Office of Grand Ayatollah Sayed Sadiq Husseini Shirazi, may Allah prolong his life, began its work in the province of Basra to dispatch several committees for religious inquiries on the road of pilgrims reviving Arbaeen.  

This comes after the directives of His Eminence Shirazi on the importance of the revival of Imam Hussein’s rituals and within the annual program of the Ahlulbait Charitable and Cultural Foundation in Basra of dispatching committees for religious inquiries in Basra, Samawa, Najaf and Karbala.

The committee’s work is summarized by answering the pilgrims’ questions and inquiries in the presence of elite clerics, and also presenting an introductory card for children and distributing leaflets and pamphlets on the massive pilgrimage.
