Taliban terrorists arrest professor at Kabul University
The British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) said that forces from the Taliban terrorist movement arrested yesterday a prominent professor at Kabul University, Faizullah Jalal, for criticizing the terrorist movement on a live show broadcasted from the capital Kabul.
For her part, Hasina Jalal, the daughter of Faizullah Jalal, who is in Washington, confirmed to the BBC the news of her father’s arrest, citing relatives who were in the same place with her father in Kabul.
She indicated that the Taliban forces entered the house, threatened and took him without any explanation, adding, “Since that moment, we have not known his whereabouts.”
She said, “I spoke to my father, and he said he was under prosecution during this time and was somehow under house arrest after an interview with Tolo News a month ago.”
