French Interior Minister admits Muslims are being harassed in France

French Interior Minister Gerald Darmanin condemned the “hateful acts and contrary to the values of the republic” against Muslims in the country.
In a tweet, he called on his Twitter account, to support Muslims, following the targeting of a mosque in the village of Lamore in the Izar, southeastern France, and the drawing of anti-Muslim inscriptions on the streets of Château Gonthiers.
On Tuesday morning, the residents of Chateau Gontier in the northwestern French province of Maine were surprised by anti-Islam and Nazi writings, and the city council and residents announced their desire to file a complaint.
A mosque belonging to the Cultural Association was damaged in the village of Lamor, about 30 kilometers from Grenoble, on Monday evening.
Unidentified persons dumped trash at the mosque’s door and vandalized the letter box.
