The Mosque and Husseiniyah of Al Yasin in Sydney continues to revive the holy rituals of Imam Hussein


Those in charge of the Mosque and Husseiniyah of Al Yasin in the Australian city of Sydney confirmed the continuation of the revival of the holy rituals of Imam Hussein, peace be upon him, and the establishment of mourning ceremonies until the last day of the month of Safar, to announce grief and mourning for the Master of the Martyrs, peace be upon him.
In a press statement to Shia Waves, the Mosque and Husseiniyah, which are affiliated with the Shirazi Religious Authority, stated that “the Husseini mourners in the Australian city of Sydney were keen to attend the mourning ceremonies and the Husseini ceremonies that were held during the first days of the holy month of Muharram.”
It pointed out that “the mourning ceremonies were attended by a large gathering of mourners from the Shia, Arab and Islamic communities in Australia, noting that “the ceremonies will continue until the last day of the month of Safar.”
The Supreme Religious Authority, His Eminence Grand Ayatollah Sayyed Sadiq al-Husseini al-Shirazi stresses repeatedly the importance and greatness of the support of Imam al-Hussein, peace be upon him, and announces grief and mourning over his painful affliction, as well as introducing the whole world to the Master of Martyrs, peace be upon him.
