Pakistani PM calls for unity against Islamophobia
Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan called on Islamic countries to unite to solve outstanding issues and confront Islamophobia.
Prime Minister Imran Khan’s statements came during his meeting at the Prime Ministry headquarters in the capital, Islamabad, with Speaker of the Arab Parliament, Adel bin Abdul Rahman al-Asumi, who is currently visiting Pakistan at the head of a high-level delegation.
At the outset of the meeting, Prime Minister Imran Khan urged the Islamic nation to make joint efforts to resolve the issues of Palestine and Kashmir, stressing the need to resolve these two issues in accordance with the resolutions of the UN Security Council and the Organization of Islamic Cooperation.
Prime Minister Imran Khan informed the visiting delegation about the steps his government is taking to set the country on a path of progress and growth.
