President of the International Permanent Court of Arbitration calls for opening office in Karbala to find out its injustices


Local sources in the holy province of Karbala said that Dr. al-Bashir Saeed, President of the Permanent International Court based in Tunisia, visited the holy city and was honored to visit the Holy Shrine of Imam Hussein, peace be upon him, with an official Tunisian delegation.
The sources added that “Saeed expressed his gratitude at the hospitality in the Holy Shrine, describing it as a center for religious, cultural and intellectual radiation in the world, and called for allowing the court to open its own office in the province to find out the injustices that this holy city has been exposed to.”
The sources pointed out that “the President of the Permanent Court affirmed that Karbala was subjected to a great historical injustice, and that it must be considered impartially and independently.”
