Free Muslim calls on major countries and organizations to intensify their efforts to end harm to refugees

On the International Day of Refugees, the International Nonviolence Organization, Free Muslim, called on major countries and human rights organizations around the world to intensify their efforts to remove harm from refugees, especially the obstructive controls and obstacles that prevent the internationally agreed upon right of asylum in accordance with United Nations laws.
The organization stated in a statement received by Shia Waves, that “thousands of refugees are languishing under inhumane standards in camps around the world that lack security and safety controls and lack the required food and health supplies, amid the international community’s disregard for this global tragedy, as human rights data show that dozens of thousands of refugees are suffering in camps without any real effort to rehabilitate their humanitarian conditions, after many great countries have failed to find solutions to the suffering they face.
The statement added, “At the same time, we are witnessing a continuation of the phenomenon of illegal immigration from some countries of the developing world.”
The organization stressed that it is taking advantage of the anniversary approved by the United Nations as an International Refugee Day to direct its call to major countries and human rights organizations around the world to intensify their efforts to end harm to refugees, especially the obstructive controls and obstacles that prevent the internationally agreed right of asylum in accordance with United Nations laws.
Through its call, the organization called for the need for major countries to move to address the files and problems that plague some countries and the resulting disturbances, armed conflicts, tyranny, oppression and other violations that drive the migration of people to their countries of origin, warning at the same time of the repercussions of the continuing refugee crisis on the humanitarian level.
