Kuwait intends to establish the largest international museum on the Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him and his progeny
Kuwait intends to establish the largest museum in the world on the Prophet of Islam, Muhammad, peace be upon him and his progeny.
This came according to what was stated by Fahd Al-Daihani, Director-General of the Public Authority for Printing and Publishing the Noble Quran and the Prophet’s Sunnah, to the Kuwaiti newspaper Al-Anbaa.
Al-Daihani explained that “Kuwait will host the largest museum in the world of the life, biography and belongings of the Noble Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him and his progeny, on an area of 25,000 square meters.”
He added, “The museum includes 14 halls to display glimpses of the life of the Prophet, peace be upon him and his progeny, and his blessed biography in a number of languages, in addition to collectibles, rare manuscripts and copies of the Holy Quran.”
Al-Daihani said, “The museum will be a destination for the people of Kuwait and its visitors of different nationalities and religions to learn about the life of the Prophet of Mercy.”
He stressed, “The Authority will do its utmost to accomplish this great work in the best way befitting the position of the Noble Prophet, peace be upon him and his progeny, and Kuwait.”
