Misbah al-Hussein Foundation brings joy to the hearts of a group of orphans during Eid al-Fitr

The Misbah al-Hussein Foundation for Relief and Development in the holy city of Karbala took the initiative to bring joy to the hearts of a number of orphans from the holy city, through its humanitarian project ‘Eid Clothing’ for the blessed Eid al-Fitr.
The foundation said in a statement received by Shia Waves, “The initiative included 36 orphans from al-Ghadeer Quarter in Karbala, and it comes within the ‘Eid Clothing’ project, which is among its prominent and continuing humanitarian activities.”
It added that “the project includes providing orphans with clothes and other necessary needs, via the Al-Misbah Credit Card system, one of the foundation’s development projects that provides the beneficiaries with the opportunity to shop directly.”
Misbah al-Hussein explained that “the families took their children to malls in the holy city, to purchase what they need of clothes and bring joy to their hearts,” indicating that “presenting the Al-Misbah Credit Card for orphans gives them the opportunity to purchase what they like of clothes and necessities with discounted prices.”
The foundation pointed out that “the smile on the faces of orphans urges us to provide more humanitarian initiatives to take care of this important group, as well as encourage other charitable institutions to activate such projects.”
It is worth noting that the Misbah al-Hussein Foundation for Relief and Development operates under the auspices of the office of the Supreme Religious Authority, His Eminence Grand Ayatollah Sayyed Sadiq al-Husseini al-Shirazi in the holy city of Karbala.
