The International Nonviolence Organization, Free Muslim, issued a statement on the International Day of Science for Peace and Development, calling for concerted efforts to seek a better human reality that transcends all of humanity.
In a statement received by Shiawaves, the organization said, “The International Day of Science for Peace and Development is celebrated every year on November 10, an occasion designated by the United Nations with the aim of focusing on scientific and research efforts on humanitarian issues, and adapting Knowledge in order to enhance the status of peoples on the security and developmental levels.”
It added, “At a time when the international community is complaining about the Corona pandemic, the need to apply this theory is desperately needed, especially with the inability of international bodies to put an end to this virus, which has become an existential threat to humanity and its sustainability.”
The organization clarified that it includes its voice naturally with the human voices calling for the peaceful and developmental advancement of all peoples without discrimination, calling at the same time for concerted efforts seeking a better human reality that transcends all of humanity and addresses the problems that some peoples face.
