Al-Azhar Shia revert: I want to stay next to Imam Ali bin Abi Talib

Foreign Communication Division of Imam Ali Holy Shrine celebrated the newly reverted 73-year-old Dr. Amin Musbah al-Draini, who is one of al-Azhar’s well-known Sheikhs.

The head of the Division, Sheikh Thaer al-Baghdadi, said to the media center of Imam Ali Holy Shrine “We received Sheikh Dr. Amin Musbah al-Draini in Imam Ali Holy Shrine. Dr. Draini worked as an Islamic Preacher for forty years in United States of America, where he opened a lot of centers and mosques.”

For his part, Sheikh Dr. Draini said when he entered Imam Ali Holy Shrine, his eyes filled with tears and said that he wanted to stay next to Imam Ali bin Abi Talib, peace be upon him.
