Freemuslim Association extends greetings on Labour Day, urges protection of workers’ rights

Freemuslim Association (a global nonviolence organization) extended its warmest greetings to workers around the world on Labour Day, wishing them continued success and commending their vital role in building and advancing societies.

In a statement received by Shia Waves Agency, the organization expressed its participation in commemorating this day in recognition of the sacrifices made by the working class, calling on governments, official authorities, and civil society across the Islamic world to intensify efforts to improve labor conditions and safeguard workers’ material and moral rights.

The organization emphasized the need to ensure a dignified and safe working environment that enables workers to sustain their contributions and enhance their performance—positively impacting economic and social stability, stressing the importance of preserving workers’ dignity and ensuring the fulfillment of their rights, grounded in the values of justice and fairness that underpin development and stability in any society.
