CAIR unveils 2025 Ramadan toolkit for workplace and school accommodations
The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) has released its 2025 Ramadan Toolkit, a comprehensive resource aimed at assisting Muslim employees, students, and community members in securing religious accommodations in professional and academic environments.
The toolkit consolidates guidance on requesting schedule adjustments, accessing prayer spaces, and ensuring recognition of religious observances. It also includes templates for celebratory resolutions designed for presentation to local and state officials, fostering greater awareness of Ramadan and Eid while promoting inclusivity.
CAIR Government Affairs Director Robert S. McCaw emphasized the initiative’s goal to empower individuals to advocate for their rights and encourage institutions to create inclusive environments. The organization invites community leaders, organizations, and individuals to explore and utilize the toolkit to support unity and understanding during this important period.
