The Ministry said in a statement, “In a national humanitarian initiative and support for Lebanese students, and in implementation of the Prime Minister’s directives to facilitate the affairs of the displaced, the Minister of Education directs the General Directorate for Evaluation and Examinations and the relevant bodies to issue urgent rules and instructions on Sunday to accommodate the pupils and students arriving from brotherly Lebanon in Iraqi schools.”

The statement added, “This initiative is to prevent the students from being deprived of education this year as quickly as possible.”
