The Freemuslim Association, an international anti-violence organization, has called on all bodies, organizations, and active entities in the international community to address the escalating crises and to push towards prioritizing logic over force in settling international issues.
The organization’s demands come on the occasion of the International Day to commemorate the victims of World War II, while emphasizing its participation with the International United Nations and human rights organizations on this occasion to send a message to leaders and rulers across the world.
Freemuslim said in a statement received by, Shia Waves Agency: “The International Day to commemorate the victims of World War II passes in extremely dangerous and complex circumstances, especially with the unprecedented spread of armed conflicts resulting from direct wars or proxy wars around the world.”
It continued that these ongoing conflicts “have brought to mind the scenes of the great wars experienced by humanity during the past century,” urging the parties and adversaries “to resort to dialogue, understanding, and consideration of the historical wars that exhausted humanity at that time.”
Freemuslim Association affirmed that “the unprecedented threats facing humanity as a whole due to the war in Ukraine and Palestine, the dangerous conflict and military readiness in Southeast Asia represented by the conflict over the South China Sea, as well as the ongoing disputes between North Korea and its southern counterpart and Japan, all pose an existential threat to humanity.”
