Myanmar hit by 98 aftershocks in 11 days following 7.9-magnitude quake

Myanmar has experienced 98 aftershocks over the past 11 days following a powerful earthquake with a magnitude of 7.9 that struck the country on March 28, Xinhua reported citing the Department of Meteorology and Hydrology.
The aftershocks varied in magnitude from 2.8 to 7.5. As of Monday, the death toll from the earthquake has reached 3,600, with 5,017 individuals injured and 160 still missing, as reported by the State Administration Council’s Information Team.
