In Wake of Pahalgam Attack, Muslims Called Upon to Establish World’s Largest Anti-Terrorism Fund

Sameer Ahmed Siddiqui, a prominent IAS coach and educationist, has proposed the creation of the world’s largest anti-terrorism fund to support the families of victims of the recent Pahalgam attack in South Kashmir, Clarion reported. Siddiqui called on Indian Muslims to contribute to the fund, aimed at providing sustained financial support to widows, children, and relatives of those killed in the massacre.
In a video posted on his YouTube channel, Siddiqui explained that if even 200,000 Muslims contribute ₹100 each, the fund could support victims’ families for up to seven generations. He emphasized that the initiative is not just charity but a long-term effort to foster unity, responsibility, and resistance to violence. Siddiqui described the fund as a way to change Kashmir’s narrative from fear to fraternity.
The proposal has gone viral on social media, receiving widespread praise for its emphasis on unity and education as tools against terrorism. Siddiqui, known for his work in education and internal security, aims to position Indian Muslims at the forefront of humanitarian response and national healing. Observers now await the response of the Jammu and Kashmir government and civil society to this ambitious initiative.
