Mentally challenged Muslims form majority of mob lynching, ‘bulldozer culture’ victims in India
Ninety-five per cent of the victims of mob lynching and government “bulldozer culture” have been mentally challenged Muslims, said AIPMM on Tuesday in a report based on the Bihar caste survey.
The organization working for mentally challenged Muslims has demanded a stringent law against such extreme practices, seeking reservation for Pasmanda Muslims in private sectors due to their poor socio-economic conditions.
Criticizing the ruling BJP policies and demanding accountability for these crimes, the report also demands compensation and government job opportunities for the affected families.
