The Supreme Religious Authority, Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Sadiq al-Husseini al-Shirazi, lauded the Iraqi people for their remarkable dedication in serving pilgrims during this year’s Arbaeen observances, which saw millions participate from Iraq and abroad.
