Canada: Largest Muslim forum on confronting Islamophobia

The largest annual meeting of Muslims in North America is to be held in Toronto, the capital of the Canadian province of Ontario, towards the end of the year.

According to the organizers, Muslim activists will be delivering their speech in the ceremony and carrying out different activities.  In the last two sessions, the forum was held electronically due to Covid-19, but this year, the Revival of the Islamic Spirit (RIS) conference will be held in person.

This year’s meeting will be held under the slogan “Blessed Reunion” from Friday 25 to Sunday 27. In this year’s meeting, speakers will discuss challenges. It should be noted that the “Revival of the Islamic Spirit” forum was organized for the first time twenty years ago by Muslim youth to confront the phenomenon of Islamophobia after September 11 and to create a bridge of understanding with non-Muslims.
